Return Policy

The Inter-American Adventist Theological Seminary is committed to assisting students in any financial situation that may prevent them from fulfilling their payment commitments to our institution. For this reason, we have a refund policy in case of any particular situation.
  1. Admission Fee – This fee is non-refundable. Once the student has submitted all the required documents and has been accepted to begin their studies, this fee will not be refunded.
  2. Readmission Fee – This fee is charged to students who interrupted their studies and later decided to return. This fee is non-refundable.
  3. Enrollment Fee – This fee covers indirect institutional expenses and will be refunded according to the student’s attendance period.
  4. Course Fee – The following table provides a breakdown of course payment refunds.
Refund Percentage Refund Conditions
COURSE 100% Course (2 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made before the course begins. Course (3 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made before the course begins. Course (7 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made within the first week of the course. The student must complete a document requesting the course withdrawal for the refund to be applied.
80% Course (2 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made on the first day of the course meeting. Course (3 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made on the fourth day of the course. Course (7 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made within the second week of the course.
40% Course (2 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made halfway through the course, according to its duration. Course (3 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made on the third day of the second week of the course. Course (7 Weeks): When the withdrawal is made halfway through the fourth week of the course (day 24).
0% There will be no refund after more than half of the course meetings have been completed.
If a student attends classes without having paid, due to an exception granted by the institution, they will be charged the corresponding percentage based on the week in which the withdrawal occurs.
